Why this industry needs the right pouch
Roasted coffee releases CO₂ and absorbs oxygen, moisture and light — all of which destroy aroma and cause staling. The right pouch blocks oxygen and moisture while letting trapped gas escape through a one-way valve, then reseals after every open to keep beans fresh for months. Ground coffee is even more sensitive and benefits from high-barrier foil structures and nitrogen flushing.

Material & barrier guidance
A typical high-barrier coffee structure is PET / AL / PE (outer print layer, aluminum barrier, heat-seal inner). For a more sustainable route we offer recyclable mono-material (PE) and compostable film structures — barrier is lower, so we match it to your shelf-life target. Thickness, size and printing are fully custom per your spec.

Q: Can you print my own logo and design?
A: Yes. We print your logo and artwork (gravure up to 10 colors). If you have no artwork, our design service creates print-ready files for you at no extra cost.
Q: What barrier structure do you recommend?
A: For longest freshness we recommend PET/AL/PE foil. For recyclable goals we offer mono-PE; for compostable goals a compostable film — matched to your shelf-life need.
Q: What certifications can you provide?
A: Partner factories supply food-grade, ISO and related certificates. Exact certificates vary by factory and must be confirmed per order — we share valid docs before production.
